Depending on the agreed upon date by the landlord, bills are sent out via SMS and Email as per the occupants' information on the platform.
Navigate to CHECK BILL, input your Account Number e.g. WA-B02 and the Email you want the bill to be emailed to.
You can access Juabill from your phone, tablet and laptop from anywhere, anytime.

Mpesa Paybill payment option: Paybill Number 549500. (Include the property name and house/unit number as the account number when paying by Mpesa)
